A graduate of Georgetown University with a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Carolyn combines strategic insight with real-world experience navigating complex systems and high-pressure environments. “My book, Boss Ma’am, is a love letter from me to all women veterans, executives, first responders, military spouses, and young professionals who have ever suffered and felt stuck,” said Nice, a U.S. Army retired logistics and procurement professional who served on three combat deployments and earned 23 military awards. “I call this the in-between. I understand what it’s like to spiral, to claw your way out of the darkness, and yet still feel like something is holding you back.”
