Carolyn Nice is a seasoned logistics professional, U.S. Army veteran, and entrepreneur. With nearly two decades of leadership experience spanning military operations, federal contracting, and private-sector logistics, she has led mission-critical initiatives at the highest levels, including joint operations supporting national events and global supply chain efforts.
A graduate of Georgetown University with a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Carolyn combines strategic insight with real-world experience navigating complex systems and high-pressure environments. Her career has been defined by resilience, precision, and an unwavering commitment to service. But Boss Ma’am was born from something deeper from the in-between moments, the identity shifts, and the quiet battles many women face when the uniform comes off.
